Citrastar

Agar Citrastar is a ready-to-use sanitiser made from natural citrus extracts. It’s designed for hard surfaces where hygiene matters, particularly in kitchens, food preparation areas, childcare centres, healthcare settings and animal-care facilities. Unlike many sanitisers, it also remains effective at low temperatures, which makes it useful in cool rooms and freezers.

There’s no dilution needed. Citrastar is used neat and can be sprayed, wiped or applied directly to surfaces such as benches, sinks, floors, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerators and other food-area equipment. A contact time of at least 5 minutes is recommended, and food-contact surfaces should be rinsed with potable water afterwards.
