Autodish

Autodish is an industrial-strength liquid detergent made for automatic dishwashing machines in busy commercial kitchens. It cleans glassware, crockery and cutlery, cutting through food residue and staining while leaving tableware clean and ready for the next service.

The formula is low foaming, which matters in commercial dishwashers where excess suds can interfere with wash pressure and machine performance. It also contains chlorine, helping to sanitise dishes during the wash cycle rather than adding another separate step to the process.

Autodish is designed to work with an automatic detergent dispenser that monitors the wash water and maintains the right chemical concentration. In a café, restaurant, aged care facility or other high-volume kitchen, that takes some of the guesswork out of dosing and helps keep results more consistent from one load to the next.

It also helps control staining and reduce scale build-up inside the dishwasher. That’s useful when the machine is running repeatedly through the day and mineral deposits can gradually become a maintenance issue.

At About Clean, we supply Autodish and other commercial warewashing chemicals for kitchens that need reliable results load after load.
