Autobrite

Autobrite is a wash-and-polish floor cleaner made by Agar for routine maintenance of hard floors. It removes everyday dirt and marks while leaving behind a light acrylic polish, so the floor is cleaned and refreshed in the same pass.

It can be used for damp mopping or through an autoscrubber, then buffed once dry to bring the finish up. You can also use it as a quick spray-buff solution when a floor is starting to look flat between larger maintenance jobs. With regular use, the polish component gradually helps build and maintain a glossy protective film.

Autobrite is suitable for vinyl, timber, terrazzo, quarry tile and ceramic tile floors. It works best with slow to medium-speed buffing equipment, up to around 1200 rpm, so it’s worth matching it with the right machine rather than using it with ultra-high-speed burnishers.

For general mopping and autoscrubbing, it is typically diluted at around 1 part product to 40–80 parts water, depending on the floor condition and cleaning job.

At About Clean, we supply Autobrite for sites that want to keep hard floors clean while maintaining their finish between full strip-and-seal jobs.
